What can I say?????  You guys were PHENOMENAL!!!  We had so many compliments on the catering and the wedding as a whole.  It was a great, great event and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out.  The number of people who have told us this was the best wedding EVER are too many to count.  Pat yourselves on the back for a job well done and please feel free to send anyone our way who would like a recommendation for your services.

From start to finish, we could not have been more impressed with the food, the staff, and the general feeling of being there, but not really being there, of your bunch.  They were friendly, helpful, but never in the way and worked quietly but efficiently to serve and clean up after our big group of people.  Just a positive experience in every way.

I would have loved to have tasted the appetizers though ;-)  just toooooo busy with those darn pictures!
